Keep your beautiful eyes ever healthy.
Eyes are the most important part of our life as this is the only
means to see the material world and the material world is full of surprises and
thrills.
There are thousands of different shapes and types of eyes found.
But, at the end, all do the same work of given physical vision to everything
that is around us.
That is why keeping our eyes in very good health is very important.
a. Diet:
Intake of vegetables
and fruits such as spinach, broccoli, carrots, and sweet potato always maintain
good health of your eyes. Also, include foods, which are rich in omega-3 fatty
acids. These foods are the best sources of vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and
antioxidants and helps to prevent eye and vision-related problems.
b. Avoid Touching Eyes:
If you are habitual to touch your eyes frequently, then you need to stop
this habit as your hand will be touching many places, items mostly in as is
where is condition (basically, your hand gets contaminated easily soon multiple
times in a day by touching multiple places and items.). Due to the frequent
touch by your hands, your eyes can easily get infected.
Useful Remedies For Dark Circles:
1. Tea Bags
Take tea bags and put it in refrigerator for 5 – 10 minutes. Take the cool
(Not cold) tea bags and place them over your closed eyes. Keep them for as long
as the coolness remains.
2. Cold Balls of Cotton
Take any clean cotton and roll it to a ball shape or you can purchase
readymade cotton balls as well. Take a glass of cold water. Dip cotton balls in
the cold water and soak them. Soaked cotton balls place over your closed eyes 5-10
minutes.
3. Cucumber
Take chilled cucumber and out of it cut two slices of cucumbers. Close
your eyes and place the slices of cut cucumber on both eyes. The cool property
of cucumber is known best for curing dark circles. You can grind chilled
cucumber and apply over your closed eyes as well.
4. Eye pack of Tomato, Turmeric and Lime
Take a teaspoon of tomato pulp paste. Add pinch of turmeric on it. Extract
half a teaspoon of juice from lime and add. Make the mix into a homogeneous paste.
Take cotton balls and apply the paste on closed eyes. Let it dry and stay for
half an hour. Wash it off.
5. Mixture of Almond Oil And Lime
Take two glasses. One with warm water and other with cold water Take a
cotton cloth, dip it in warm water glass, and soak it. Dab the soaked cotton
cloth on your eyes gently for 4 – 5 times. Repeat this action with cold water
as well. Take a teaspoon of almond oil and half a teaspoon of lime juice and
mix it in to a homogenous mix. Apply it on the eyelids and let it stay for overnight.
Wash it next morning.
6. Rose Water
Rose water rejuvenates the skin, plus lightens the skin. Take
cotton balls and soak in rose
water for some time. Place the soaked cotton balls over the
dark circle under your eyes. Let the soaked cotton balls remain there for 10 –
15 minutes. Repeat this process for a week, you will get rid of dark circles.
7. Almond Oil And Honey
Take a teaspoon of honey and add half a teaspoon of almond oil to it.
Mix it well to a homogeneous paste. Once the paste is ready, apply it under
your eyes on the dark circles. Do it before going to bed so that the
application remains whole night. Next morning wash the area clear. Repeat this
process for a week and you will see fast improvements.
