Do you wear contact lenses?

Follow the below steps to maximum lens wearing comfort, consider these important tips for successful lens wear and care.

TIPS:

·   Before touching your lenses, wash your hands with an antiseptic soap or hand wash and dry them with a towel before touching your lenses. You can use antiseptic, disinfectant wet towels.
·   Once you remove your lenses, clean, rinse, and disinfect your lenses. You can put your lenses in a disinfectant solution. You can follow your contact lenses care manual also.
·         Carefully store your lenses i.e. designate contact lenses storing and mark left and right. Store left contact lenses on left and right on light store compartment. This will avoid confusion while wearing the right and left lenses. It is very important not to mix usages of lenses to left and right.
·         Always use a product recommended contact lenses care solutions. Discard use once the solution expires.

Do not use contact lenses if you are a professional working in very hot environments such as continuously cooking, working in kilns, smelter, oven operators etc. The contact lenses may get damaged and the consequences can be very severe.

CAUTIONS:

Be careful while purchasing contact lenses. Some of them are disposable lenses; those are meant to be disposed off ( read the manual carefully, It may be every day, every week or every month)every day. Wearing contact lenses beyond recommended time is not advisable, as it will create health issues.
